Alleys All-Suite Hotel & Spa

Alleys is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location for exploring the local village of Pyrgos. The room we were allocated (which was an upgrade,) was spotlessly clean with amazing views across part of the island to the sea. The other facilities throughout the hotel were likewise clean and pleasant, as was the gym which we utilised during our stay. The breakfasts provided at Alleys were of a very high standard with plenty of choice. We also chose to have lunch at the hotel on a number of occasions as the dishes were always well presented, fresh and full of flavour. We couldn’t fault the food, or the cocktails served from the bar. Although both the hotel facilities and food were of an extremely high standard, one of the key things that makes Alleys so special has to be the staff. Everyone we met was polite, attentive and helpful. Filia provided us with a warm greeting on arrival, enthusiastically showing us to our room and explaining the facilities. All other staff members we met were just as friendly, however we would like to pay particular mention to George and Stefanos. Both members of the team worked extremely hard throughout our stay to make each guests experience as perfect as possible. Nothing was ever too much for George who never stops and greets everyone with a smile, and Stefanos’ sense of humour and excellent cocktails always went down well with us. Whilst both deserve commending for their extremely hard work, we feel that the whole front of house and behind-the-scenes team at Alleys deserve recognition for the fantastic experience and service they provide. A huge thank you from us both.

First and foremost, EVERYTHING about this resort from the appearance, staff, food the room was of THE BEST I have experienced in a very long time. This was a chance for me and my partner to get away from busy work schedules and life in general, to reconnect and re-establish ourselves. We absolutely loved our week at Alleys. Nikoleta and Nafsika were exceptional. They made our holiday. Both were genuinely warm. They helped with reservations, transport and recommendations which allowed me to feel like we’d covered everything on the island. I genuinely think it’s worth booking alleys just for these girls! We stayed in the love suite which I would recommend to couples and families as there’s a separate room for the kids. The sunset from the hot tub is perfect! Breakfast is lovely. It’s a la carte, so you can’t help yourself but you can order extra if you’re still hungry. Stefan who ran the ship at the restaurant and bar was also great and went out of his way to ensure you had the perfect table, shade, and everything else you need. I didn’t get to use the spa, but the lady who worked there was lovely. We took buses everywhere on the island. It’s 2 euros to most places. To Oia you have to get 2 buses. So 4 euros in total. Note- queuing doesn’t exist. It’s a free for all once for the bus arrives! We also hired a car for a day to get to the places that aren’t really easy to access. I would thoroughly recommend the lighthouse sunset which the girls (Nafsika and nikoleta) told me about!! Pyrgos isn’t very big but right in the centre of everything. It’s a great location, and much quieter than Fira and Oia. The sunset in Pyrgos is amazing!

My stay at Alleys All-Suites in Santorini was nothing short of exceptional. The property had the perfect balance of luxury and tranquility, offering a peaceful retreat while still being just a short walk from the vibrant heart of Fira. I especially loved the private outdoor area with a hot tub, which offered a relaxing way to enjoy the island’s magical sunsets in privacy. Service was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or arrange transport and activities. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and served daily in-room or by the pool.
